The Pain We Solve

Plastic Waste has become a great global worry. Plastic will not disappear but will be broken down into smaller particles. The cost of recycling and reprocessing is too high. The best way to deal with it is to restore it to renewable energy.

Plastics are already polymer molecules purified from petrochemical raw materials. TRPC has developed an FLS liquefaction system, which is efficiently melted into small molecules, condensed and liquefied into light oil, so clean regenerated oil can be used for power generation, and baseload power can be used 24/7.

Solution

The purpose of TRPC's development of FLS is to solve the problem of converting polymerized molecular waste into usable energy, and to solve the problem of impure oil and air pollution caused by the non-standard closed refining technology used in many countries. With the control of uniform temperature and the separation technology of chlorine and sulfur gas, the output can meet the needs of the market and further generate economic income with efficient energy.

Therefore, in response to traditional open problems, more than ten years of research and development have added high-end refining technology to obtain patents, using a closed system, designing a new combustion chamber to directly control the temperature, using big data analysis and automatic conversion, extracting refined oil, and designing fractional distillation The sysbtem collects chlorine and sulfur (desulfurization) to ensure environmental quality.

Compared with incinerators and gasifiers, FLS has the following characteristics
•More efficient thermal uniformity treatment of waste.
•Cleaner, reduced air pollution emissions: including less entrained particulate matter, reduced nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, and reduced concentrations of other pollutants in the flue gas
•It is cheaper to construct and operate than incineration.
•Can produce commercially beneficial by-products:
